Any information obtained during the provision of the cat litterbox replacement service will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the service and ensuring customer satisfaction. It shall not be used for personal gain or disclosed to third parties without proper consent.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold the company, its employees, contractors, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the cat litterbox replacement service, including any claims related to the health or well-being of their cats or any injuries caused to themselves or their children.

With the customer's explicit consent, the company reserves the right to use their information for marketing purposes. Billing and Cancellation

By signing up for our monthly subscription service, customers acknowledge and agree that they will be billed for the full month's service fee, regardless of whether they cancel their subscription before the end of the billing cycle. This means that even if the customer decides to cancel the service within the month, they will be responsible for the payment of that month's service fee. The cancellation will be effective from the subsequent billing cycle.

Company's Right to Cancel Subscription

The company reserves the right to cancel a client's subscription at its discretion if the client fails to meet the following requirements: maintaining a polite and respectful demeanor, making timely monthly payments, and providing accurate and available scheduling information. The company will provide reasonable notice of cancellation to the client.

One Delivery Attempt Policy

As part of our service, we provide one delivery attempt for each scheduled visit. If, for any reason, we are unable to complete the delivery during the first attempt due to client unavailability or inaccurate scheduling information, the client may be subject to a 20% fee of their monthly subscription for any subsequent delivery attempts.

Company's Right to Modify Cat Litterbox Elements

The company reserves the right to make changes to the elements that constitute the cat litterbox without prior notice. These changes may include but are not limited to the type of litter used, the litterbox design, or any other related components. The company will make reasonable efforts to ensure that any changes maintain or improve the overall quality and effectiveness of the service.
